1. Ceasefire: Immediate and permanent end to military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon.
2. Sovereignty: Both sides respect each other's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and refrain from interfering in internal affairs.
3. Timeline: 60 days max to negotiate final deal, extendable by mutual consent. Countdown started after signing.
4. Blockade: US to remove naval blockade and impediments on Iranian ports within 30 days. US forces to move out of "proximity of Iran" within 30 days of final deal.
5. Strait of Hormuz: Iran to allow safe passage of commercial vessels with no charge. Traffic to start immediately after de-mining.
6. Reconstruction: US and regional partners to develop $300bn plan for Iran reconstruction. US not required to pay directly.
7. Sanctions: US to terminate all economic sanctions, including UN resolutions and unilateral ones. Schedule to be set in final deal.
8. Nuclear: Iran agrees not to procure or develop nuclear weapon. Enriched uranium to be "downblended" under IAEA supervision.
9. Status Quo: No new US sanctions during 60-day period. US to issue waivers for oil export, banking, transportation.
10. Frozen Funds: US to make frozen/restricted Iranian funds available once MoU signed. Release procedures to be agreed.
11. Monitoring: US and Iran to establish mechanism to monitor MoU implementation and future deal compliance.
